Professor Ryan Bolger

“Damon’s desire is not only to be a transformer, but an igniter, and to see others carry that torch as well. Hence the book in your hands, Igniting Movements. In this work, Damon communicates how movements really catch fire. First, he explores how they have ignited in history, then he creates a reproducible model, and finally, he applies those insights to present-day reality. And this is not just theory. He demonstrates how it has worked and is working in his growing movement/organization SOF Missions. Built on the vast wealth of experience he has leading special ops and humanitarian missions, Igniting Movements is pulsing with passion through every page. Damon’s heart is to see lives transformed for good—both leaders and those whom they serve. This is a must-read!
